just an idea i have floating around at the moment.
ok so you read a certain thread recently regarding say tyres and you tried to find the supplier or company who has the cheapest set but for the life of you the company or supplier did not come up in the search function.
so how about an A-Z index of such people. :?:
say like this

TYRES
e- tyres
http://www.etyres.co.uk/bridgestone

event tyres
http://www.event-tyres.co.uk/

camskill tyres
http://www.camskill.co.uk/

and this can be done for anything from suppliers of spark plugs to k+n filters to exhausts

i know the search function is there but i find that is great for opinion purposes more than the links themselves to where you can get the stuff from

i forgot to mention that it would need members on here to "cough up the links" for the want of a better phrase and not to pull the shutters down and keep it to themselves :roll: which i suspect happens from time to time :confused2:
i know we all like to be individual in one way or another but i am old school and if i can help someone on here then i will :agree:
it does not bother me if i inspire someone to get the same gear knob/oil cap/reservoir socks or what ever as me because i am not that petty. :-?

This was actually something I started for the website, so any input from you guys would be cool... makes my life easier if it's a group effort. :agree:
