W reg pirates black ATR spotted bradford

Spotted this just of city road in a side street on the corner. Looked pretty nice and standard. I even managed to get a pick of it. I know its abit sad but here it is

I looked at the pic and though huh, that's my car but dont recognise the location though... then I reealised where it was! Parked near work
I've got a car park permit but wouldnt dare park it in there, it's like parking your car in a tesco car park... every day! Well don with the shot I had just washed it the previous day so the timing was spot on What time did you see it?
