newbie buying tips

hey everybody, i just registered as im seriously considering buying my first atr as im now need a family car :lol: ive always really liked them but have usually went down the 2 seater convertible route but this isnt an option now. i was just hoping to find a bit more info on the cars - any common probs, things to look out for etc, buying tips. im off now to check out the rest of the site so bye for now everyone :wave:

ive decided i might use my money i had saved up for a car for purchasing another flat, as my cousin is selling one of heres for what she owes on it as it's been rented she aint losing any money, i could get it for 33k minus deposit, mortgage of 22k lol, but so far no1 is willing to lend me such a small amount, but if i borrow 50k theyl give me a mortgage,

but the point of the story is theres not alot you can get for the price of the atr for handling and speed, they are a bit old looking lol but for the money not alot can touch them, wish i never sold mine now :-(
