I breach the water line several times a day. Don't know why I crap so much, I just do. The doctor said it's a very good thing, he said it could be down to several things but my mixed diet and water consumption help - I drink about 2.5-3 litres a day.

I eat a lot of eggs, so I'm irregular and unpredictable. It keeps me on my toes.
