:wave: Just a quicky to say hi. Tech stuff great. Think my new plaything needs valve clearances sorted and will be having the tensioner issue looked at. Only noticed the loud valve train, no 'diesel' noises as yet. FSH states that belts were done at 80k by Honda, (113k now) would vc's be set then? Loving the VTEC thing, the noise with the induction kit is insane, tho it's such an individual sound that I may have to go back to a modded air box before the plod realise who's hitting 7999rpm past their HQ. Come to an ATR as my beloved MR2 wouldn't accomodate my girlfriends children no matter how many times we folded them in half :). Missing going sideways but can now scare twice as many people at once.

I'm in Pontypool but down in Yeovil during the week for work.

Do you get out for road runs as a group?
The girlfriend and I spend vast quantities of super unleaded finding 'interesting' roads, so if anyone wants some suggestions as to where to go for a razz, give me a shout.

I'm from Abergavenny :hello2:

You don't need to travel far to enjoy some awesome roads.

One of my favourite routes starts in Caerleon. Drive to Usk on the old through Llangybi, when you hit Usk drive through the town. Then head towards Gwehelog towards Raglan. Get to Raglan and take the old road to Abergavenny.

Some of the best roads around 8)

Hi.
Know that route well mate.
Here's one for you. :)
From Abergavenny, A40 to Brecon, B4520 to Builth Wells, A470 to Ryader, B4518 to Elan village then follow the road up Elan valley past the 3 resevoirs and over to Cwmystwyth. Turn south along B4343 to Tregaron and back east over to Beulah. Turn south along A483 to Llandovery, then onto the A4069 (this is one of my alltime faves, and the road Clarkson drives in the CLK Black on TG), A4068, A4067, A40 to Bwlch then the B4560 over to Brynmawr (short but tricky in the middle) and then home.

That should keep you occupied for a few hours and some of the views (A4069, B4560) are awesome.
