holy moly questions questions

the cam cover you need to pm irishteacher or vtecdirect they are both the same person :agree:
for the o/sf fog check out in the classifieds on here :agree:
air filters most here either use the K+N panel or the typhoon both come with high regard there are other like piper cross and green cotton so check them out :agree:
as for oil a very subjective topic personally use a fully synthetic 5/40 or 10/50 there are various makes out there so take a look around as long as you dont buy supermarket or cheap non branded oil you should be ok. :agree:
as for plugs and leads the original plugs are NGK platinums and as for leads there are magnecors KV85 :agree:
hopefully this will get you going but i would suggest the SEARCH function as it is the light where there was dark. :sunny: :agree:

 3 things

1, Welcome aboard :agree:

2, Spend some time getting familiar with the forum setup, top right there is a members button, use it to find irishteach. Also top right there is a search button, use it to answer all of your questions above as they've all been covered before.

3, Please break up your long posts into proper paragraphs to make it easier to read, you'll find people will be more helpfull when they can read what you're asking :agree:

Keep a very close eye on that oil level, as a few owners have been caught out before. if you think that you may be losing oil, then you probably are..... :agree:

Nice long list there.

In order to sift though the junk that comes up in the search, here is a simple solution for you...

Rocker cover resprayed = PM IrishTeach/Vtec Direct.
Foglights = PM IrishTeach/Vtec Direct.
Air Filter = K&N Typhoon. (Long/Short Ram) [69-1500TWR] - Wrincaled Red. Best Price your going to find for a new one son :agree:
Oil for Engine = Silkolene PRO S 5W-40 Ester Synthetic Oil For High Performance Engines One 5L should do a full system drain. No need to flush, just make sure you wait for a while for it to all drain out.
Oil Filters = HAMP or Honda.
Gear Box Oil = Amsoil Synthetic Manual Transmission Fluid MTF You need two of these to fill her up.
Plugs = NGK PLATINUM SPARK PLUGS.

My engine has done over 109k.

Skywalker is in Brighthon, Im in Bournemouth.
