the typeS fuel pump is good for 8200rpm

my original redline was 7400 but no its been move dup to 8000... any mroe and the crank will snap... to be honest the k24 is made to be supercharged out of the box but i want to go the na route... the americans are running a healthy 320bhp out of the k20/k24 hybrid lump lol

havent had it on a dyno yet as we are still testing the US ecu but once i get some more parts i sure will be getting it up on there.... but all ic an say is that this is quick... as soon as i changed the gearbox the whole car came alive....... as if ti was caged in lol, the only problem is that because of my enw found acceleration speed lol the gearbox mounts have taken a beating and need replacing so currently waiting for that and i need to get some good tyres as this rain is so depressing lol i want to drive haha

oh and i got my spoiler from a m8 of mine who has a dc5... im not sure where you an get it form but he got it from vtecdirect....... :dunno: sorry

Welcome aboard :hello2:

We've an ATR dyno day in feb in essex so if you've not had it on the rollers it would be a good time, it would be interesting to see it. How much does it weigh now?

Andy (vtecdirect) is a member on here as he has an ATR.
Kingy is a hondas on track rep as you were talking about getting it on track. Also Steve H for trackaction-online.
There will also be a Marham in April.

PS please try and avoid text talk and 'wot' and 'dats'

:-? is that too high for standard internals, not that I know anything about K24, just common sense says 8000 on the larger lump with no upgrades sounds like a disaster in the making and no increase in power at the top end. In the standard K24 is the power on the way down at 7400 or still climbing?

hes got a k20 / k24 hybrid should be fine for 8k rpm easy its all the rage in the states because they are unable to get the euro r so they do this instead if you get a chance read up on it. Its a good read :agree:

FC - as LL said, I'm a mod on Hondas-On-Track.com, pop over and say hello, we run about 1 track day per month and most are suitable for novices (they tend to be sessioned for exactly that reason)

One of our regulars ran a K24 TypeS for a year (including track days) so he can tell you more about what your car is capable off :)

Stu

LL- cheers matey :p
