The edit button is on a timer mate, you can't edit after a few minutes of the post being made. :)

i can't edit posts either, i just saw an edit button under one of my posts and i went to edit and when i clicked complete edit it said i am not authorised to edit this post??

Are you sure that the topic wasn't locked? Once a topic is locked, you can't edit.

I'm having no trouble editing. :agree:

I had the same issue, old posts cant be edited. the edit option seems to drop off after a certain time. On one of my posts i did have the option, clicked on it, went to edit and as i clicked complete edit, i got the same error message. It could have timed out whilst i was editing my post. :dunno:
If nothings going right..........go left!
