what you mean rich?

just click on the drop down menu at the top right of the screen where your username is and select messenger.
If nothings going right..........go left!

No username in top right corner so what's my next option?

No drop down menu either, don't tell me I'm gonna have to fire up my pc just to reply to a pm! :(
