I'm new to the forum but cant help thinking the homepage is a bit busy and lacking an "active topic" box. I think this would be a great idea, and help forum users see what topics are currently being discussed. Could also do with a "my posts" box as well, to keep track of the individual posts a member makes. I'm a member over on UK-MKIV's and the forum they have is fantastic... :agree:

The best forum layout is tro. The have the nicest forum on t'internet. :agree:

Oops, didn't see that! Which, as I was saying, proves a bit of a bad layout... would be better to see a list of the top 10 or so active topics on the homepage!

BUT, I've only been a member a few weeks now, and have already received a lot of help! :agree: Just what you want!

Iv been on countless forums and this has to be one of the best im using. I love it.. And people who know me well only know I state these things when I really mean it.

Only down side to the forum is that the search is some what crap still. LOL. Still cant get the dam thing working correct...
1998/99, H22A, Red, Solid-Fabrications 2.25" Tri-Y 4-2-1 manifold, Cat back system, K&N Typhoon, HEL Braded Brake Lines, Polybush Engin Mount, Ferodo DS2500 Pads Front and back. To get: Bremtec drilled and groved Discs, Strut bar upper and lower.

Lets just remember that the search function is part of the overall application, and Ed can't do much about it other than reporting such difficulties to IP.Board who may or may not take notice.

The search is a pain yes, but with some perseverance you can generally find what you're looking for... even if it takes a bit longer to do so. Posted Image

we can ask Ed, but the advance search works waaaaaay better than the standard search
