Just to add to the list I've had problems with this garage and avatr images also

I'm experiencing the same problem, can't upload disgust

It won't even let me upload an image of the error as evidence :lol:

I'll chase it up with them, they were meant to have fixed this. Oddly it works for me so I'm wondering if it's a permissions thing. :-?

I tried it to upload pics of my car on the garage it failed.. disgust

I'm standard member and the picture resolution/size is well below the required amount.. :dunno:

Sorry I meant to post an update.

Invision who make the forum said it's a host issue so I passed the details on to FastHosts who host the server but they said 'they don't support the forum'. I asked Invision for some 'detail' on why they thought it was the host, they gave me it, I fired it back at the host. Just waiting on a reply.

Piggy in ze midddle. :(

Something must have changed or gone wrong because I've not done anything.

Hopefully one of them will admit fault at some point so this can be fixed.

:( I don't like Fasthosts, I found their support to be totally hit n miss. I host about 50 client sites and was always getting calls saying there's problems. I moved to another host pretty sharpish :)

Not saying you should move hosts Ed, just that I've always found Fasthosts to be very unhelpful.

Aye, agree though, moving is a mare... I had to move 50+ customers, it wasn't fun :)

Yes, I hosted some client sites with them, and moved after I found their servers didn't support spry framework, and because of this, the drop down on a menu wasnt working, and would fragment randomly over the page.

fooking nightmare, and rather frustrating trying to find what I was doing wrong, when it wasn't me :lol:

i have tried several times and the reply now is? :confused2:

i have changed to the flash uploader and nothing, gone back to the normal way of choosing files through "browse" mode and then select picture off "my pictures" and then "attach this file" and get the above.

is it just me or is any one else getting the same who trys to upload pictures from their "my pictures" file off their pc :dunno:
