Wales: the only country in the world, where a good meal, a high quality jumper and a good shag can all be sourced from the same animal.

Cheers Toyracer99. Could you give me a little info on the work that you carried out on the engine recently?
I understand that there were suspicions over the validity of the mobile dyno results?
Was this the case or did the work that you did solve the blue smoke and power issues?

Thanks

I test drove this car and it seems fine as far as I can tell. Plus the work that I did was the valve clearances, EGR valve & plate clean and I did change the front engine mount to a solid one, but it was too much for him so its now got a good standard one fitted instead. I also gave it a quick check over for worn drop links, etc. But it was all fine when I checked it. Bear in mind it was a couple of months ago but I don't think the cars been used much since. Company car, etc. :agree:

And the roller was probably reading rubbish as another ATR there made the same sort of power. :D

If you want I can follow the car, with you in mine for a bit too see how bad the smoke really is. :agree:

I have to say I didn't notice any whilst I was driving it, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't smoke at all? :dunno:
