hi guys, was after a bit of advice, im thinking to sell my atr, not sure how much it would be worth though, hopping you could help me out a little?

the car has got 82000 miles on the clock, its x reg (2000)
full service history
cat back mongoos exhaust system, decat pipe, new down pipe because flexi was fooked
bonnet just been resprayed because of stone chips
wheels refurbed
new clutch just fitted 2-300 miles ago
timing belt also just done 2-300 miles ago
new disks pads all round 2-300 miles ago
induction kit and new silicone spark plug leads.

over all the car is in very good nick i would say, there is about 2 very very small dents in the passenger door and 1 on drivers wing, takes a lot of looking to notice them though. there is no issue with the common 5th gear problem, no crunches or anything like that, seems to be 100%

em i think thats everything, all the things listed have been done within this past 2 months, spent well over a £1000 on all the parts probably nearer £2000.

reasons im thinking to sell the car is because i do over 50 miles a day just to get to work, then if i want to go out to see my mates at night its the same again and its not the lightest car to run unfortunately, especially when fuel up here is £1.45 a liter :(

so guys what you think i could privet sell my car for?

thanks.

If people keep breaking them it will be in 8-10 years time.

If the rot hasn't set in for good like the tegs, is another matter.

£3000 with a new tax disc, maybe :dunno:

It's impossible to say, as it's only worth what the market decides. :agree:

Very good examples are retaining their value thanks in part to the many 'tired' examples floating around.

There is a floor to the value on a limited run car, I can't see a genuine A1 condition ATR dropping below current prices... the demand for a good one is higher than that of a 'bad' one.

unfortunetly you dont get money back on bills either, im selling my fabia because in the last 2 months ive had to replace the turbo, powersteering pump, full service, and then two split hoses, all costing over 2k and i cant sell it for rock bottom 4k for a 2004 model with unbroken full service history, all standard appart from coilovers. market has not got over christmas yet i hope, or im stuck with it.

im after an ATR with less than 90k no sync probs and good service schedules, with no iminent bills for under 3.5k, there was one in caithness in scotland on ph, but trail has gone cold.

put some pics up if you do want to sell please.
Got a crappy VRS Skoda that breaks every week! want a Honda ATR!!!!
