Honda Accord type R Facelift

I'm selling my 51 plate Satin silver Accord type R facelift.

In superb condition throughout, genuine 78k miles with an excellent service history which reflects it's current condition, most old mot's etc and all original handbooks, service book, owners wallet and so on. HPI clear.

It's just had a fairly major service which included the following;

Valve clearences checked & adjusted, oil & filter, gearbox oil, clutch fluid, brake fluid & new air filter. Within the last 10k mls it's also had the cambelt, balance belt & tensioner replaced at the Honda main dealer during it's previous service, all invoices for work carried out. Front & rear discs & pads have been changed fairly recently aswell.

Bodywork is in excellent condition all round with no nasty dings or marks and no corrosion. Has never had any accident damage, all panel gaps etc are as they should be. 18" Civic type R FN2 wheels in as new condition with good Bridgestone Potenza's on front and nearly new Avon's at the rear, I personally think these really suit it. I also have the original wheels with Potenza's all round, 5-6mm on each.

Black recaro Interior which is as close to immaculate as you will find, no wear on the usual parts, steering wheel, seat bolsters etc. There is a v.small mark on drivers bolster which looks like a spot of glue or similar but I am being very picky here, the gearknob has been changed for a leather momo item by the previous owner, I did intend to change it back when I bought the car however I do actually find it more comfortable to drive with, so have left it on. It's fitted with an Alpine ipod, mp3, cd head unit with ipod connector hidden neatly in the storage compartment below, I still have the original head unit. Has A/C also.

Mechanically it's as you would expect being a low mileage well maintained facelift, with no issues. Totally standard inc original 'droopy willy' exhausts.

Although I have not owned the car that long, my reason for selling is funds are now available so I can go down the DC5 route again. I am a Honda enthusiast, this being my second ATR I am very familiar with them, the previous keeper owned it for 5 years and like myself has spared no expense keeping it up to scratch, always warmed up correctly and so on. I am well aware of just how many rough & abused ATR's there are going around as I have looked at plenty and driven quite a few, this one is certainly not!

Mot'd till November & tax'd till the end of March.

Please feel free to PM or better still, call me if interested. Located in Aberdeen.

Mob; 07950665360

Thanks

Dave.

Have had a couple of pm's recently...my ATR is still for sale. I have been working abroad the past 6 weeks so it's been sat in the garage. I arrive back home this weekend and will have it re-taxed so will be available for viewing almost anytime after that, as yet and due to my work no one has viewed it :o
