I don't know if it's just my computer but whenever I view a post in any section on the forum, the replys made by moderators are very long. Sometimes I have to hold the page down button for about 15 - 20 seconds before being able to read the next reply.
Anybody else have this problem?.

Are you using an older version of IE? Because that is the usual reason for it. No idea why though.

It's because the software this forum runs on doesn't fully support old versions of Internet Explorer - if you're running IE7 or older you need to upgrade, it's free to do so!
