My Lovely Honda Accord Type R

I have been around this car for the past three years and it was my friends car up until recently when he decided to sell it I snapped it of him straight away. Ive always liked it and knew it had been very well looked after and me being a Honda enthusiast I have done bits and bobs to the car as well so i know the car is sound! Always been a fan of the H22 torqy engine.

The car

The car has got Honda service history to about 95k but my friend yet has to find me the service book, can be checked at the dealers and will be sorted before sale. Also, it was stolen recovered previously in 2005 but was found after 15 minutes, there was no damage whatsoever to the car and there have been no repairs carried out. The locks are all fine now and there are no chopped wires or ignition barrel surrounding plastics missing etc. It now has an expensive alarm also but not sure of make. Please don’t let this put you off as its a stunning example of an ATR. It drives like a new car no rattles or anything. Its solid and tight and there are none of the common gearbox issues whatsoever. Viewing and test drive is highly recommended it has lots of power!! the exhaust cost £900 alone.

It also recently had a new distributor fitted as the previous one went funny. Running perfect!

The mods have really opened her up, lots more top end power and low-mid range torque
Car is in very good condition, WIPES THE FLOOR WITH A STOCK ATR

Its very straight with no dents at all or any ripples in the paint, it comes out looking amazing after a good polish however, there are some very minor stonechips as to be expected with a car of this age. Nothing bad at all.

Car always gets a good valet weekly and a polish every fortnight. No rust anywhere!

Price is £2999 O.N.O Welcomed want it gone.

I am only selling it to fund my V8 Westfield Kit car project, Ill be putting her on piston heads shortly but rather it go to an ATR forum member who will look after it like we have.

lol haha its not my taste either just havnt removed it... it actually blocks out the sun nicely though haha

Had the same exhaust on mine with decat, tri y header and typhoon. The sound was bloody awesome and i miss it. :cry:
