1999 Pre Face Lift ATR in Red - SOLD Reluctantly For Sale at £2100 ono

Reluctantly for sale is my Honda Accord Type-R. It's a pre-facelift models, twin tail pipes and better looking than the later models.

I have owned this car for nearly 7 years now, I have loads of history, paperwork, MOTs etc from this time and the previous owners. It is breaking my heart to sell it but a growing family demands a bus to carry us around.

It is completely standard and never been tampered with (the stereo is not the factory fitted model and has a multi changer fitted by previous owner) but other than that absolutely standard.

Finished In Red, this model is equipped AC and Alarm.

The car has a number plate that makes it look like a personal number - hiding the age of the car.

The condition of this car is very good and hasn't skipped a beat in all the time I have had it. I'd keep it if I had the space.

Its done 117k miles - loads of history and receipts.
MOT April 2012
Tax - MOT (maybe negotiable 6 months TAX with price)
Comes with two keys and Type R wallet. I have some magazines from 1999 with full reviews and write ups that I will try and find out for the lucky person that buys this car (We have just moved house and I can't find them at the moment)


When I bought the car there was a chip of missing paint on the front bummer, I never had it sprayed, I am sure it would be very simple and cheap.

Selling for £2100 which seems bargain basement for such an enjoyable, reliable car.

This website has been amazing and very supportive over the last 7 years and I'd just like to thank everyone that has kept me entertained and informed over the years. However if someone can give a clue as to how to get photo's in the post I can pop them in for you all to have a look, I've put one on but have exceeded the limit.

Are you sure its Milano Red as most if not all pre's were Vesuvio Red. :agree:

Vesuvio Red = R 502

Milano Red = R 81

Oh and good luck with the sale. :agree:
