Its definitely a 1.8 vtec sport hatchback not saloon. And its definitely crashed into Halfrauds! LED's in the front bumper aswell.....classy!

As they say horse for courses.. its a shame to joe public it would turn heads because its screaming "I'm a Type R" when clearly we know its not, but then again there might be reasons why the owners has done it, i.e too young to own a Type R and still want to pick up chicks, or first car and just kept with it, or just bad taste..

But I bet the owner would feel abit sheep-ish a genuined ATR parked next to it, almost mocking it.. but still I used to have a 1.8 CH6 and it was a hoot to drive so can't fault its handling potential :agree:

Last time I looked I didn't think the ATR was a pussy magnet, but maybe I'm wrong, maybe its the driver that counts. :D

lol, loading girls into an ATR is defo easier than an EK9 or DC2 lol.. and usually they only sit 1 because they've been stripped out, so ATR defo more practical in that respect :agree:

Number plate needs changing to 'PAP'.

THE funniest replica moment I have had was on a lovely Scottish Highland road, blasting along behind a Type S badged up as a Type R.......I actually slowed down when overtaking him just to give him a nod, then let him see my badges lol.

Theres an even bigger tool in an even worse replica in Norwich, a Silver 1.8, he goes round telling people he has an integra engine, it may be a sister block, but in no way is it the integra engine.
I passed a pirates black 2.0 sport on the M25 on the way down sunday, with a £2 type r badge on, I pulled alongside him, waited until he looked accross, mouthed "real one" then dropped it 2 gears. He had a couple mates in the car, i think I embarressed him enough.

Most replicas aren't good jobs though, on account of it being just as, or even more expensive to do a proper job on a replica, meanwhile most people who just copy do it because they don't have the money, so do a bad job. In my experience they're usually complete tools too, like the guy in Norwich with the Silver 1.8 Type R "import", as in Japan they used the Integra engine.

Putting spoilers on, alloys etc is fine, sure they want their car to look sporty so why not. It's the blatant lies when it has a Type R badge on that gives me the hump :)
