Hi all, some of you may know I run a small design and marketing agency.

We're currently nearing completion of a 'motoring clothing' eCommerce store and I suggested to the owner they sell their wares on here.

They currently design and print vintage and classic t-shirts, hoodies, mugs etc but are interested in modern euro and jap cars, however it isn't their niche so asked for some suggestions and feedback.

Retro and modern car t-shirts and hoodies your sort of thing? If so feel free to comment on what you like and don't like, they offered to make the best suggestions and give away t-shirts the best idea.

I personally like the idea of old school Honda racing emblems etc but as I say it can be modern too!

If it helps post pictures of examples such as the iconic Honda RA271 F1 racing car.

Edit: the site is now live.

A T-shirt with the silhouette of the early Honda formula one car RA300.

Vintage looking ATR T-shirt...

welcome ;)

Then just keep the design easy enough to know what it is and where the website is . No silly pictures etc and then they suit everyone and doesn't limit the market to people who don't like massive logo's etc ...

Should use the body temp colour change material they used to make t-shirts out of in the 90's

Then all the pirates owners could have black t-shirts with purple armpits.
Sent from my laptop using fingers.

Sounds good Ed, a vintage looking ATR logo or some such would be cool :)

Ed, I have designed my own T-shirt for my Prelude. Don't care what any one says but I loved it and so did the other Prelude owners. I was told to make them in different colours to match people's car. I had a black car design as my car is black (obviously lol) then was thinking red for red prelude owners. I think you can do something similar but with ATR design. :agree:

There are a few people who might like a 'My VTEC goes Bwaaahhhhhhh' T-shirt.

I'm not saying that i'm one of them  but it seems to be a very popular sticker on EP3's etc and might sell very well as an item of clothing....i've seen at least a dozen of those stickers this year alone. ;)

Add in some obvious white stonechips on the front for that 'distressed/high-mileage' look. :p
