I purchased this accord almost exactly one year ago as a new dad i needed something with 5 door practicality and a large boot but wasn't ready to compromise on looks and performance something i have always required in my cars.

I spent months researching these cars on the internet and joined the Honda accord type r owners club to make sure i knew exactly what i was looking for. I saw and drove some awful examples before finding this one for sale by another forum member and buying it immediately. It really is a great example of one of Honda's greatest cars.

* Honda Accord Type r
* 1999
* Pre-facelift model
* Pirates black
* Mileage 102k
* Cambelt done 80k
* Both keys and fobs present
* 5th gear syncro works as it should

* I have a comprehensive folder of carefully filed documents including the original service book with Honda service history up to 70k. It also contains many MOT's and many invoices from VTEC Direct the honda accord specialist.

* The car was serviced recently at my local garage where it had an oil change, new oil filter, panel filter cleaned, plugs checked aux belts replaced ect

* I will have a fresh12 month MOT put on the car for the new buyer so you can drive away with peace of mind.
* The road tax is due at the end of November

* Full stainless steel exhaust manifold back (VTEC Direct item)
* Drilled and Grooved disks
* Ferodo DS pads
* Recently refurbished alloys (repaired /Powdercoated then painted Audi 2012 Gunmetal grey) Not show in pictures
* Sony mp3 headunit with ipod connection lead
* Windows professionally tinted
* K&N panel filer

* I think that is everything but i'm sure there will be things i have forgotten.

* Whilst it has been in my care it has been run on VPower unleaded and only given the best oils.

* The car does have some scratches on the front splitter which i have been meaning to get around to and some small marks hardly visible
* the exhaust sounds louder than some people will like but in my opinion it sounds great!
* The fan belt is brand new and was over tightened so sometimes squeels for a few seconds on start up i will try to have this corrected when it is MOT'd.
