Ok unfortunately it appears that Tapatalk might be the cause of the intermittent database errors that people see. These often causes errors in posts etc.

For the time being I've disabled Tapatalk and will monitor the error logs.

so would this be the reason why I write out a long post and when I click Reply it diverts me back to the home screen and I lose my post Posted Image

Well the error I was experiencing now and again was a SQL error after posting or loading a page, but even with the error the post would still show!

The error is related to a tapatalk function that writes to the database, hence I've disabled it for now.

So not entirely sure that's the same problem as you're having, but hopefully in a round about way it'll fix it!

I wouldn't be surprised considering the tapatalk implamentation never seemed to work as well as on other forums.
