Hi I'm Alex purchased my accord in January this year. It a 1999 accord type r in pirates black, currently off the road as I want it in brilliant condition for when I start using it everyday, not much left to do now :)/> want to keep it as standard as possible, but will be changing the exhaust as the one on there has seen better days. Any ideas what to fit would be much appreciated!
I am fortunate to be able to work on it at my work place as I am a mechanic at BMW.
I am curious am I the youngest owner on here? I'm 21.

Look forward to chatting and i must say a lot of the posts on here have helped me a great deal already and I thank you! :thumbleft:/>

Hello fellow Harrow owner... ;)

Solid Fabrications or Vtec Direct exhausts would be the one to go for in my opinion. :agree:

Have you got your name down for Japfest this May....... ;)

Right I'm sure this might interest some people but I have almost finished my ATR here is a list of everything I have done to it since purchase in January.

Anti roll bar bushes front and rear
Drop links front and rear
Eibach springs
Two new rear caliper
New hand brake cables left and right
Pads and discs all round
Painted calipers red
Painted all chrome parts black
Engine oil change
Gearbox oil change
Spark plugs
K&N panel filter
New pollen filter
Full interior strip (seats, carpets and dash) for rust in the arches to be welded
Vtec solenoid valve gasket
Up rated cam seal
Cam cover gasket
Clean egr valve and plate with new gaskets
Painted cam cover yellow :)
4 Tyres faulken fk453
Mongoose full exhaust with decat
New boot with spoiler as didn't come with one from factory
New windscreen as had windscreen done by auto glass with previous owner and the rubber seal round the screen was bonded back on was driving me mad as it looked so bad. so I removed the screen and unfortunately the screen broke on the way out.
Set of genuine ATR mats
Refit front splitter as it was loose
Fidanza lightened flywheel
New clutch thought I may as we'll change it whist box is out
Rust protection
Brake fluid change
New head unit
Wheel refurb (should be done this week)
New a/c belt
New alternator belt
Headlight refurb
Cleaned engine bay
When it's on the road will have 4 wheel alignment done

I'm sure I'm missing a few things but as you can see its a long list. Want it to be near perfect once on the road :agree:

Can't wait now been a very long process.
