I don't want to sell this car but I don't get to drive it and need to buy a house />/>/>/>. I had it in at VTEC Direct a few weekends back and Ben seemed pretty impressed by how clean she is underneath. I am pretty smitten with the car but I don't see when or how I will drive it. I have a company car now and that get used all the time. So:

S REG Vesuvio Red Accord type R
101k on the clock
Full Honda history until around 70 or 80k then all private owner servicing
No gearbox issues
Drinks very little oil
Pulls very well
K&N long arm typhoon
mongoose decat system
FN2 18" alloys
4 x brand new kumho ecsta's (haven't done 200 miles)
BC coilovers
Brake master cylinder stopper
Mugen oil and rad cap
Waxoyled underneath
Good condition interior
Exterior is in good condition however there are plenty stone chips at the front. The shell itself is very clean and bright red though.
Recently had coilovers fitted and top arms replaced at VTEC Direct.
Drives very well on these.
New rear discs and pads with refurbed calipers
6 months tax

Bad points - crankshaft seal is weeping slightly, MOT expires OCT 25th and if I were keeping it I would get the cambelt and tensioner done at VTEC direct in the near future.

I realise people may not want to buy an old car that the MOT is about to expire on. If someone gives me asking price I will get this done at VTEC direct before it expires. I will also happily come to an agreement with someone on this factor. I would just rather have it out of my parking space and not staring at me with its puppy eyes />/>/>/>. I love the car and I am a genuine seller but am in no rush to let it go for silly money. I am happy to do a deal if someone wants it now but no silly offers please.

thanks mate. I wish I could keep it. I will be relocating to south west sometime in the new year and the car would be another thing to move/store etc. I'd rather put the cash towards the deposit and hope to get another project once settled. Its an honest car and handles great

Seriously though if you can find a way to keep it then dont sell but I do appreciate in life when you need money you dont have it but when you dont need it you will have loads, I could have managed not to sell my old one in hindsight so if you would rather keep it then dont rush into anything in my opinion.

cheers Craig. Yeah the company car definitely isn't the accord. I hate how when I don't have a toy something feels missing haha. I'm testing the waters really as a couple extra k would help a lot. We will see.
