I'm new! ATR from Barcelona! Presentation

Hello all!

I'm an Accord type R owner since almost two years and I'm in ove with him! :love10:/>/>/>/>/>/>/>

The ATR is even rare here in spain and its very dificult to find information about. I'm very happy to discover this forum!! :p/>/>/>/>/>/>/> :p/>/>/>/>/>/>/>

My Accord:
It has now 130.000Km/81.250Miles and was build in 2000.

I bought it cheap but he did need some love :lol:/>/>/>/>/>/>/> :lol:/>/>/>/>/>/>/>. At that time he had less than 60.000 miles. The clutch and front wheels were dead, it had some oil leaks, a noisy rear wheel bearing and a front wishbone with a broken bushing.

It cames with modified exhaust, intake, suspension and wheels too. (I will specify later)

During this time I've replaced/fixed:
- timming belt
- Crankshat seal
- top cover joint
- new motor and gearbox oil
- new rear wheel bearing
- new OEM front wishbone
- clutch
- brake pads
- Front tyres
- Thermostat (I've noticed fast water temperature changes running in the city)
- Complete body polishment. :agree:/>


Characteristics:

Engine:
- Injen air intake
- Unknown exhaust manifold and downpipe (I'm sure that the downpipe is not OEM, the manifold looks like but Here the ATRs are very rare and I cannot compare)
- Unknown exhaust system (searching in internet I think that's a Magnex one. I have to say that I love its sound!! :love10:/>/>/>/>/> )
- Splitfire cables
- right antifog tape cuted and grilled to give fresh aire to the intake (long arm)

Chassis:
- Koni suspension system with adjustable stiffness.
- Ferodo DS2500 front brake pads

Transmission:
- Exedy stage 1 clutch

Wheels:
- 225/45/17 Yokohama s.drive in the front
- 215/45/17 Bridgestone Potenza RE0650A in the rear
- 17" wheels replika Volk-Rays ZE40.



To do ist:
- As you can see the rear wing is not the genuine one. I'm looking to replace it by the OEM one.
- Replace the detached interior roof disgust/>/>/>/>/>/>/>
- To fix an ABS issue (the ABS light is always lighted up)
- Repaint the bumpers.

Thought mine was doing good for 16 years but yours.
But mine is scottish were tuff, lol no big problems yet , fingers crossed
