Hello, all. I'm from Los Angeles, California and stumbled across this site while looking for information on a Mugen air box I am possibly going to purchase for my car. In addition to being from the states, I am also a co-founder, along with five good friends, of an Accord organization by the name of The Accord Collective that host a large Accord only gathering. We also sell merchandise and help to get Accords featured into publications. Should you be interested in more, I provided some links below:

As for myself, I first and foremost and a Lowrider guy, you know, those classic Chevy's with the expensive artistic paint jobs that jump up and down? It's something I've grown up around my entire life. My uncle has three of them actually. I'm only able to post one right now since that is all I have access to right now, but I'll post the others to share as well

However, being that they are so expensive to build, I am not in the financial position to do so right now, and that's how I got into Honda's and the Accord. What started off as my daily driver is now my side project. It is an 1994 Honda Accord EX. I'm very meticulous and I like simplicity, so hopefully my build represents that.

I was also extremely grateful and thankful for being able to be part of this international Falken advertisement several years back. Can you see me?

Being that I began to modify my Accord so extensively, I decided to purchase another car. The vehicle of choice, a Isuzu Oasis, which is just a rebadged Honda Odyssey. What made this ideal is that it was that it shared components with the 94 Accord and being that I was so familiar with the car, it would be easy for me to work on, plus I had spares of some items which could be used on the van. I also really liked the additional cargo space that it offered for when I have bumper, wheels, and other.

I use to have a purple Odyssey before, but it was involved in an accident.

Here is the second van after the one above was totaled.

When I still had the purple van I pulled all the interior from it and completely detailed it. Being that it was a family van, it was dirty and stained from years of transporting children. I didn't care how the outside looked, but being that I was going to spend most of my time inside, I wanted it be comfortable and clean. Then when the accident happened and I got the white van, I swapped the interiors to insure I still a clean cabin.

For the longest I was fighting the urge to modify it, but after some engine problems and the cost associated with it, I decided to tinker with it. The result, an H23a engine was installed by a good friend by the name of Daniel. I did all the research and he did all the labor. He is also the owner of Werdwerx which is a business that he runs from his garage here. I encourage you to take a look at his Facebook page.

Thank you all for the warm welcome. It's always refreshing to see how despite being separated by a large ocean that even across it that there are people who share the same passion for the chassis.

I'm a bit familiar with the CH1. As an overall Accord enthusiast, I do think, "Why didn't the states ever receive the good cars?", but I am very fond of them. They have an appeal to them that the generation Accord that is similar to them here in the U.S. just do not have.

It's not something you see all that often, but it all worked out. I'm very happy with the extra torque it now has.

I was contemplating on getting a wagon, but opted for the van. I have a good number of friends here that own or use to own a wagon. They are very appealing and functional.
