Hi all,

Returning member after selling my old 2000 ATR in 2009. It was something I hadn't finished with so when the opportunity came up I bought another 2000 model this year. Was a bit of a fixer upper but I'm pleased to say I am slowly breathing new life into it.

New clutch, resprayed various parts of the bodywork, re badged faded red badges and wheels refurbished. Looks great but still a fair amount to do underneath the skin. Trying to keep it 100% original.

Whilst I love the recaro seats, being a tad lanky I would love to be able to lower the seat on the sub frame. I have been looking for some time without success. If anyone has any suggestions do let me know.

And the seats can be lowered but its means a bit of tweaking on the side brackets are required I believe. ;)

Toyracer69 - i think my username was the same but i really can't remember, sorry!

Thanks for the advice. Do you mean the existing brackets? It seems i can;t buy replacement ones annoyingly...

Yes the exsisting bracket are either replaced with something made up or redrilled. :agree:
