steering wheel retrim

I thought I seen a category called upholstery one time. Anyway has anyone any real information on retriming steering wheel? Where to get the leather ect. Or send wheel to someone. Thanks.

Might be cheaper to buy one from a breaker.......Im sure there must be plenty around in decent nick :dunno:

if the stitching is still ok but the colour has faded and the lacquer has worn through it can be re done in situ :agree:
just need to find an auto upholsterer to do it without replacing your original.
