England frustrated again by a much weaker side. Uncreative, void of ideas, rubbish. I hate international football now. England have too many primadonna's that can just turn up, put in an average performance, and know that McLaren will play them in the next game anyway.

I fear we'll never win the World Cup in my lifetime :(

I've never liked him, and didn't think he should get the job. But, I heard on the radio this morning that fat lad (Rooney) had freaked out and thrown his shirt at McLaren because McLaren said that he "hadn't played well since Euro 2004". If that's true, then fair-play to McLaren, someone needs to bring them all down a notch or two and it may be that he's the man to do it.

McClaren is a shite manager, I agree he should never have got the job. As for him having a pop at Rooney, I'd say that out of the raft of superstar wannabe's that give 100% for their club and 50% for their country, Rooney is the only lad who can be described as a genuine passionate player.

As for the Israel game, why he brought Lennon off I'll never know, he started him on the wrong side for a start and he was the only player on the pitch with any attacking flair.

Sack the guy now IMO!! :dunno:

Play Gerrard or Lampard - not both... my preference is Gerrard at the moment.

Put Lennon on the right, not on the left - so he doesn't have to cut back to get on his right foot - every time!

Gareth Barry at left back until Ashley Cole is fit and Stuart downing on the left wing until Joe Cole is fit.
