Rich. I've been keeping my eyes on ATRs up for sale over the last few months and saw many sold very cheaply. Unfortunately, I didnt have the money at the time so I could only watch and weep! 
But that was then, now I need to hunt down the right one.

With my dads boat deslie engine, he used WD40 down the inlet manifold which got onto the pistons. This then loosened them up and got it running again.
I think this will only work for boat engines though.--------------------DAN.
