Nighthawk Black
Mileage: 145,000KM (90,000 Miles)
MOT expires 24/10/2014 (last test passed with no advisories)
The car was imported in 2010 and was fully undersealed using 3M products.
It has been garaged its life here in the UK and rarely seen a wet road.
It still has the JDM factory limiter of 190KMH (118MPH) in place.
This can be easily removed but the previous owners nor myself felt the need.
It had an oil and filter change, along with coolant, at 142,665KM (88,647 Miles)
I have a folder full of receipts for modifications, repairs and servicing.
Three keys are included, along with two alarm fobs and the Honda Clio folder and manuals from when it was in Japan.
It has had the 5th gear and synchro replaced, at that time an OEM clutch and XTD lightened flywheel. Also filled with Amsoil gearbox oil at the same time.
The clutch master cylinder was found to be leaking not too long after that so it was replaced with a brand new OEM one from Hond-R.
It has a Clifford Concept 650 alarm with proximity sensor fitted.
Rolling road print out of 242.9BHP
Banzai magazine feature (copy of this included in the sale)
Apart from the odd stone chip there is only one small scuff under the rear bumper. Other than that it’s in excellent condition.
It really is a stunning example and believed to be only one of two in the country in Nighthawk black.

This is my sixth Type-R variant having owned a DC5, EK9, EP3, DC2 and a FD2 so it’s safe to say I am an enthusiast.
As with all my cars the engine is treated with respect and always warmed and cooled accordingly.
I’ve owned the car since March 2014. It was a second car and I’ve only used it at weekends when the sun is out. I’ve done a 350mile trip to London and back in one day and it never missed a beat.
It is a very reluctant sale but still a genuine reason.
£6750 ono
Deals can be done with out the wheels and lug nuts. Obviously you’ll need to bring a set of wheels but I have a spare set of lug nuts for you to have. I can change these over for you on the drive.
As normal proof of insurance is required for a test drive.
I have been waiting for some decent weather to take some recent pictures. These are the latest ones I have taken a couple months ago.
The car looks the same except the canards have been removed (holes filled and sprayed) along with the front Euro-R badge.
The front and rear H badges and the Accord badges have been painted black.
