New from glasgow with 2001 ATR

Got my ATR about 4 weeks ago on a impulse when my mates and i were out picking up a new crank for his car. Got to say im loving being back in a vtec been to long.

The car is grate to drive. Has some small problems

Ecu code 80. Car still runs and drives fins so i have not dived into this yet any advise would be helpful

Exhaust just parted at one of the centre silencers. Going to remove the centre silencers and weld in straight bits of pipe as a temporary solution

Rear bushes are away. will replace with Polly bush prob and just do them as they go


Forum seams realy good and very helpful hope to pick all your brains when i need to and help if i can at some point.


No pics of the car at the mo will try get some later

Any technical issues should be in the problem and solution section, which is a paid for part of the forum unfortunately.....

But I'll tell you that code 80 is the EGR flow so you should clean it out AND the plate as well as the 4 holes underneath. :agree:
