Offers and Advice
I'm happy to discuss offers for the car (worst I will say to you is 'no thanks', also any advice on the listing is welcome! Thanks.
History
I became the 3rd owner of this car 4 years ago, after overseeing it getting its engine replaced with a lower mileage refurbished one I have been driving it as my main car for the least 3 years. The engine has given no problems since and has been regularly serviced.
Reason for Sale
Since my work moved Livingston, I am only really managing 5mph on the Edinburgh City Bypass most days and unfortunately that just isn’t a commute that’s fit for a car such as this one. As I’ve tried to show in the photos; the car is in pretty good condition and only really needs time to maintain it and keep it in good condition. So sadly for me, I’m at the point where I would be much happier seeing the car go to someone else who’s able to take care of it.
Good Points
Interior and body are in very good condition (with the exception of some minor scratches and fading upholstery that’s to be expected from a 16 year old car) Again I’ve tried my best to show this with the photos.
Engine was replaced and with a refurbished engine 3 years ago at approx 130K miles. (Unfortunately I don’t know the original mileage of the replacement engine other than it was pretty low).
Tyres are in good condition.
Bad Points
Spoiler is cracked on the inside at the mounting points (see photos)
Alloy wheels are in need of refurbishment
The Engine Management Light and Oil Warning Lights have flickered a few times. I’ve had the car checked by an electrical mechanic and the lights are due to a few faulty sensors, which I will replace.
Photos
I’ve done my best to show all the aspects of the car, If there's something you want to see in particular, please let me know.
