Already pre arranged the borrowing of an engine hoist ready to pull the engine and box out just in case!! :) I have plenty of interest in other parts. Seeing as I don't have a start date for the job yet I have plenty of time on my hands to pull the car apart. Any ideas how to convince the wife to let me do it on the drive? :)

Hi Martin im brand new to this forum and im looking for an ATR, yours has got my attention so i have a few questions. Do you have proof of milage, is the car undersealed and would you be willing to take 4k cash for the whole car? Taxed, MOT and ready to go.

Hi and welcome to the forum!

With it being a uk car it was under sealed from new. I can prove the mileage with old mot's and service receipts etc. I won't be taxing or putting an mot on the car as it is no longer insured. Like I stated in a previous post if it requires anything for the mot I am prepared to pay for it. Finally no I won't accept 4k for everything. 😊

If you would like to negotiate a deal feel free to send me a private message.

I have just spent nearly 2 hours with a very nice chap from this forum (regular user) and have taken a deposit on the car. By the sounds of things he will take some tasty bits from his atr and put them on mine and make it even better!

It is fantastic but at the same time frustrating! I had big plans for this car which i will now see done by a new owner! Better than pulling it to pieces though I suppose :)
