Jesus Dan, you have me tempted there too.... The missus is taking my BMW 530d sport off me next month. Her Focus is going to be for sale next week, so I might have a gander. It will be subject to insurance quotes though, I've just sorted insurance through Chris Knott with both cars, he was by a country mile far cheaper than any of the compare sites. So for that matter, I'll give Chris a tinkle and see what's what. The mileage doesnt frighten me either, my derv has 165k... and my last PB ATR had 113k when I sold it to Paul from darn south! And Baz's has around 210k now.

Thanks Tony. I bought it at 116k and afer making a few phone calls, I snapped it up there and then. Was sold the moment I saw it really.

Dan, i think you need to re-do your pics of the car as you cannot see much with the size of your pics. On my pc they are like postage stamp size, and interior shots too and some close ups?

I've just MOT'd the ATR through Andy at Vtec Direct. All that was required was left side track rod end. But as per my usual requirements I got oil and filter change done.

Price is now 2250. Inclusive of 6 months road tax too.

Hi Dan, I may be interested in your motor. Only just started looking at them this week, having a toss up between another DC2 (would be my 3rd!) or one of these, I'll be doing a few M-way miles in Europe over Summer aswell as mountain roads and an ATR sounds like a better all rounder than another DC2 for this sort of a journey.

Few questions, firstly have you got any bigger/better pics also pics of interior and engine bay?

Is there any rust at all on it?

Air con gassed up and working?

Is there any history from previous owners and how many are there?

How long have you owned it for?

Does it smoke at all in or out of VTEC and does it use oil?

Has it ever been tracked?

And finally, when are you available for me to have a look? Weekends are easiest for me, chances are I'll ride over, have a look, leave a deposit if happy with it and come back for it.
